Claudine Lucena, MA, LMFT, LPC
I have a passion for working with multicultural identities and relationships, life transitions, relational stress and communication issues, grief and loss, clients from immigrant backgrounds, creatives and artists, LGBTQIA+ folks, and neurodivergent folks, ranging from adolescents and teens to adults. I collaborate with clients looking to heal interpersonal relationships, break out of harmful relational patterns, explore meaning and purpose, and process difficult transitions. My approach to therapy centers around exploring the client’s story, including how experiences of marginalization and oppression impact mental health, relationships, and communities. I hope to offer a collaborative, affirming space where couples, individuals, and families may feel empowered to make changes in their lives and relationships.
